What a manager walks out with

Module 1. A written one-page standard for a real person they manage: outcome, quality bar, decision rights, escalation triggers. A conversation script rehearsed aloud twice. A signed seven-day commitment naming a person and a date, copied to their own manager.

Module 2. A real week audited, four protected slots designed — the one-to-one, the team touchpoint, the decision window, the monthly look-up — and the calendar invites sent before they leave the room.

What the license lets you do
  • Put your own logo, name and identity on everything.
  • Deliver it to as many of your own clients as you like.
  • Charge whatever you charge.
  • Stop renewing and you keep delivering — including your customized versions. Most licenses in this market require deletion on lapse, which makes a multi-year client contract impossible to honor.
  • Thirty-day refund, no questions. IP warranty with a defense behind it.

Cadre was written for our own supervisors first, and run in a real room before it was offered to anyone.

What it costs
