Privacy policy

The short version. We collect your name and email so we can send you the files you
bought, and nothing else. We do not run analytics, we do not set cookies, we do not track you,
and we never sell or share your information. We never see your card details.

What we collect
- Your name and email address, given at the time of purchase. We need these to send you
the download link and to answer you if something goes wrong.
- The record of what you bought and when. We are required to keep this for tax and
accounting purposes.
- Anything you write to us in an email.
What we never collect
- Your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never
reaches us and we could not see it if we wanted to.
- Analytics or tracking data. This website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and
no third party scripts of any kind. It sets no cookies.
- Anything about your clients, your caregivers or your employees. Nothing you do with
the files after you buy them is visible to us.
Who else touches it
One company: Stripe, Inc., which processes the payment and sends your receipt. Stripe
collects your card details and billing information directly and holds them under its own privacy
policy, which you can read at stripe.com/privacy. We pass nothing to anyone else, and we use no
mailing list provider, no customer relationship system and no advertising platform.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Because you asked us to sell you something, and we cannot deliver it or support it otherwise.
The purchase record is kept because tax law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Purchase records: for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and no longer.
- Email correspondence: deleted on request, unless it relates to an open dispute.
What you can ask us to do
Write to us at the address or email above and we will, within thirty days:
- tell you exactly what we hold about you;
- send you a copy of it;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, except for the parts we are legally required to keep.
You do not need to give a reason and there is no charge.
Children
These products are sold to businesses. This site is not directed at anyone under eighteen and we
do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will change the date at the top of this page. We will not apply a
change retrospectively to information already collected without telling you.
