A client refuses personal care. A daughter says it costs too much. These are the moments training rooms skip and shifts are lost to. Twenty one interactive cards, built to open on a phone in the doorway, not to be read in a binder beforehand.
Every card on screen is a real card out of the package, opened and walked through. Nothing was drawn for the film.
Press play with voiceover, or play it silently with captions.
Counted on disk, not estimated. Fifteen are care scenarios and six are family conversations about paying for care, so the same product serves the shift and the sale.
The structure is the same on all twenty one, so a caregiver who has used one has used all of them.
Every card opens with the red flag gate before any technique. Pain, infection and medication come first, and the card says so before it says anything else.
Not "be patient". A named method, so it can be taught, coached and repeated across a team rather than living in one good caregiver's head.
If this works, do that. If it does not, here is the next branch, including when to stop and try again later rather than push.
The actual words, in both columns. The sentence that helps and the well meant sentence that makes the next ten minutes harder.
Where the approach comes from, cited by name, so a family or a referral partner asking "says who" gets an answer.
This is training material for non-medical home care. It is not clinical guidance, it is not a care plan, and it does not diagnose anything. No card promises that a caregiver will always know what to say, because no card can. It gives your team a named approach, the words to try and the point at which to stop, which is a very different and far more honest promise. Every card is a starting point to adapt to your own policies, your own state and the person in front of you.
The demo carries three real cards, running live: a care scenario, a second scenario showing the same structure with different content, and a family objection. Not screenshots and not a redraw.
One complete card of the 21, working exactly as it does in the package.
